Manitoba

Sean, Elijah, and Kyle headed up to Manitoba for the last couple of sites on their agenda. They started in southeast Manitoba near our study sites for a previous project. It didn't take long to come across this hybrid female among the primarily phenotypically pure population of Golden-wings. It will be interesting to see the genetics results from the current resampling of these populations being conducted by Rachel Vallender (Environment Canada) and graduate students at the University of Manitoba.
